Terms

These terms cover the Eden website (edenrust.net), the Eden game server (5x PvE) and the digital products sold on the site. By using the site or the server you accept these terms.

Eden is not affiliated with Facepunch Studios or Valve. Rust is a trademark of Facepunch Studios; Steam is a trademark of Valve.

You sign in with your Steam account. You are responsible for its security and for everything done with it.

You must follow the server and site rules. For cheating, exploiting, fraud, abuse and similar violations, staff may issue warnings, temporary or permanent bans.

Digital products bought on the server and the site (Elite, Legend and Mythic memberships, perks, in-game packages) are purchased to support the server. They do not represent a physical product, monetary value, investment or any similar right.

Digital products have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account or sold.

Special store content on the server is under the control of the staff and may change at any time. A package’s content, price, duration or effect may be changed or withdrawn from sale without notice.

The seller and merchant of record is Tebex (Overwolf / Tebex Limited). Payment, invoicing, VAT and taxes, refunds and disputes are handled through Tebex. This site does not collect or store card or payment details.

Memberships (Elite, Legend, Mythic) are one-time payments in euros for 30 or 90 days; they never renew automatically, and buying again before the end extends the time. Prices are as shown on the site; the exact amount and taxes are shown on the Tebex checkout page.

Digital products are delivered electronically and automatically once payment is confirmed.

For withdrawal rights on digital content, and refunds, Tebex’s terms apply; details are shown on the Tebex checkout page.

If a product cannot be delivered because of an error on our side, contact us through the support section so it can be delivered again.

If you are banned from the server or the site, a refund of payments or of remaining time is not guaranteed.

If you start a chargeback with your bank, your account may be suspended and the related perks removed.

The server and the site are provided “as is”. Uninterrupted operation, a particular player count or that the server will stay open indefinitely is not guaranteed.

Wipes reset in-game progress. The server may go offline for maintenance, updates, attacks or other reasons; settings, plugins and rules may change; the server may be shut down entirely.

Durations of time-limited products run on calendar days; extensions or refunds for periods when the server is offline are not guaranteed.

Game updates by Facepunch may stop some features from working.

To the extent permitted by law, Eden is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of in-game progress arising from use of the site or server.

Your statutory rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded by contract remain unaffected.

These terms may be updated. For significant changes you will be asked to accept again when you visit the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Your personal data is processed by the Eden management. You can send requests through the support section on the site. Payment data is processed by Tebex under its own responsibility as a separate controller (section 5). This notice is based on the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Steam account: SteamID, profile name, avatar and profile URL (for sign-in).

IP address and browser information (session security, abuse prevention).

Order records: package, amount, date, the Tebex transaction number. Card and payment details are not collected on the site; they are entered directly at Tebex during checkout.

Game statistics: playtime, kills/deaths, gathering and similar in-game events, in-game positions (positions are shown only in aggregate and with at least a 60-minute delay).

Support tickets and their attachments; your Discord account ID if you link it.

Your live support chats and the player reports you make in them (what you write and any evidence links you add).

What you write in global chat on the Eden server (not team chat), your in-game name and SteamID, and the F7 reports you make in game.

A one-way matching fingerprint derived from the IP address you connect to Eden from (the IP itself is not stored): used by Eden Guard to link accounts that connect from the same connection for cheat and ban-evasion detection (legitimate interest). Shared connections (GeForce Now, internet cafes) never trigger alerts.

Providing the service and delivering purchased products (performance of contract).

Keeping order records (legal obligation and legitimate interest).

Preventing cheating, fraud and attacks and keeping the service secure (legitimate interest).

Showing leaderboards and player profiles (legitimate interest; inherent to the game).

Answering your questions in live support and forwarding reports and tickets to staff (performance of contract and legitimate interest).

Answering your questions in game chat, enforcing chat rules (warnings, mutes) and blocking the sharing of personal information (legitimate interest).

Your Steam profile name, avatar and game statistics are shown publicly on leaderboards, wipe pages and your player profile. Your IP address and payment details are never shown.

Data is shared only as needed for the service: Tebex (payment), Steam (sign-in), Discord (if you link it), hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g. Cloudflare). Some of these providers may be located abroad.

To process the payment, Tebex handles your Steam ID and payment data (name, email, card and billing details, IP) under its own privacy policy, as a data processor and as a separate controller. We do not have access to this data; we only receive the order result and the transaction number.

Your data is not sold or shared for advertising.

So that Iris can generate replies in live support and support tickets, your messages are sent, only for this purpose and over an encrypted connection, to an AI service provider located abroad. This provider does not use the data to train its models. Do not write secret information such as passwords, cards or email in the chat.

Eden global chat messages are also sent to this provider in the same way, so that Iris, our AI assistant, can answer questions and for chat moderation. Do not post anyone’s personal information in game chat.

Order records: for the legal retention period (up to 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code and tax law). Retention of payment records is Tebex’s responsibility.

Session records: at most 90 days. Player count samples: 30 days.

Detailed game data (kill feed, sessions): the last 4 wipes. Wipe summaries and leaderboard results indefinitely.

Live support chats and player reports: up to 1 year.

Game chat logs: 30 days; warning/mute records and F7 reports: up to 1 year.

IP matching fingerprint: 90 days.

Under KVKK Art. 11 and the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted (subject to legal retention obligations), to restrict processing and to object. Send requests through the support section; they are answered within 30 days. For data processed by Tebex, requests can also be addressed to Tebex. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or the supervisory authority in your country.

The site only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

eden_oturum: your sign-in session (HttpOnly, at most 30 days of inactivity).

eden_dil: the language you chose (1 year).

eden_onay: a record that you accepted these terms and which version (1 year).

During payment you are redirected to the Tebex page, and during sign-in to Steam; those pages are subject to their own cookie policies.
